The successful candidate will provide comprehensive outpatient, inpatient, and surgical ENT care, mentor junior clinical staff, and contribute to the establishment of ENT as a flagship specialty within the hospital's growing multispecialty platform.

Responsible for building and maintaining strong referral relationships with doctors, clinics, diagnostic centers, and healthcare partners to drive patient inflow to the hospital.

To support the efficient operation of the pharmacy by accurately dispensing medications, maintaining inventory, and ensuring compliance with established pharmaceutical standards, while providing excellent service to patients and healthcare providers.
